I am not an active person, are these products still for me?

Absolutely. We created this range as we wanted to increase our own confidence in working out without make-up and the best way to do this is to have your own, healthy natural glow. The products are lightweight making it a great companion if you run around a lot and don’t want heavy products on your face. However, anyone – regardless if you like to workout or not will benefit from our skin care range and be able to relish in your own, natural glow.

I have sensitive skin – are these products okay to use?

All our products are suitable for any skin type, from sensitive to teenage and problematic to ageing skin. However, if you have ultra sensitive skin, we have found the Peptide Cream may cause an adverse reaction and recommend you avoid this cream.

Vitamin A is also known to cause redness and sensitivity until your skin becomes accustomed to it. If you have never applied Vitamin A before, we recommend you start off with small amounts every second night for a few weeks until your skin gets used to it. Vitamin A is in our Multivitamin Serum.

Vitamin A also increases skin sensitivity to the sun. Due to this, we recommend you apply our Multivitamin at night only and that you always wear a face sunscreen during the day to reduce harm from the sun.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We have an 12-month shelf life on most products. Our Exfoliating Masks, Toning Mists & Hyaluronic Acid Serum have a 6 month shelf life.

How long will the products last for me?

Whilst it varies on how diligent you are at using them, we have found the products last roughly for one person using them:

  • Superfood Cleanser, Superfood Moisturiser and Superfood Toner – as these are getting used twice a day, these tend to last about 8 weeks.
  • Peptide Cream, Hyaluronic Acid, Eye Cream and Multivitamin – these tend to last about 10-12 weeks.

What is your refund policy?

We can’t refund due to change of mind – however if the product comes faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the product with photos of the damage / fault and we will replace the product or provide a refund.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes – our bottles can be pulled apart and thrown into the recycling bin once finished.

Once I order my product, how long until I get it?

For all domestic orders, we dispatch within 48hrs of receiving your order. We then post by Australia Standard Post which is generally 3 – 5 days.
